Wayne Medlam, our site supervisor ensures that personal service is paramount when constructing your project. On-site or in office meetings with Wayne can be organised at the clients convenience, ensuring that your project runs smoothly and is finished in the allocated time frame to your complete satisfaction.

Ford Homes works together with Optima Building Design, who will take care of the design and drawing of your home including all requirements for Council approval. You are welcome to use this service, or bring your own plans for us to quote.

As well as residential construction, Ford Homes is able to carry out commercial and industrial developments. We have completed a number of these projects over the past 7 years, ranging from pre-schools to factory developments. This part of the Business is controlled by the company’s director, Stephen Ford.

A culmination of our personal service, quality work and innovativeness led Ford Homes to a victory in the 2007 HIA Housing Awards, taking out Custom Built Home of the Year in the Hunter Region. The same care taken in constructing this home is taken with all projects we are involved in.
